Celebrate the cultural traditions of Ireland and take part in all the excitement at the Wilkes-Barre St. Patrick’s Day Parade! This annual community event invites you to come together with neighbors and friends for an afternoon of delightful, family-friendly fun.
Enjoy a day filled with dazzling costumes, laughs, and live entertainment at this year’s special parade. There will be tons of special guests and well-known community members taking part, including the event’s host, Mayor Tony George. Now in its 38th year, the St. Patrick’s Day celebration will be held on South and South Main Streets, with plenty of joyful festivities, local food vendors, and thrilling sights that will fill the streets as the parade makes its way through the city!
With so much fun for residents of all ages to enjoy, there’s no other parade quite like it in the city of Wilkes-Barre. The parade kicks off at 2:00 PM, so make sure you join in the merriment at this year’s celebration!
