Breathe In, Breathe Out—Then, Enjoy an Exhilarating Evening of Yoga

Join Jennifer Ciarimboli, ERYT and Founder of studio BE with special guest David Hage for Yin Yoga. In Yin Yoga, Jennifer will lead you to connect deeply to the wisdom of the body and the beating of the heart. As you open through the practice you will also be invited to mingle your senses with saturation of artful sound by David Hage in the delight of our beautiful, natural surroundings at Riverfront Commons.

Since 2007, Jennifer has been teaching full time, logged over 1200 hours of study, and has led local and regional workshops, retreats & trainings. Deeply transformed by Yin Yoga and Buddhism, Jennifer has spent the last five years integrating the practice and insight of Yin Yoga and Buddha Dharma Mindfulness practices and enrolled in Sarah Powers Insight Yoga Institute in 2014.

Yin Yoga is a non-striving practice of acceptance and surrender. All yin yoga shapes are practiced sitting or reclining on the ground and although there are restorative qualities to the practice, this is not a restorative yoga class. Yin Yoga is best understood through experience and is a natural gateway to deeper, more contemplative practices. Come just as you are.

Jennifer’s group classes are unique and intelligently designed so students can cultivate a deep understanding of their individual needs through breath and both passive and active movement (asana) to increase strength and vitality throughout the entire system. Class is open to anyone over the age of 16 with any level of experience. Please bring a yoga mat and wear layers. See you there!
